    This is the best advice I have ever heard. Everyday there are millions of people who spend countless hours researching new methods of making money and all it does it waste their own time which wastes money.

    If people stuck with one thing they are good at, and became worked their way to the top – then they would not have to worry about doing 200 different tasks to generate little or no income.
    Its better to learn 1 thing and make thousands verse learning 100 things making $1 each.

    Good read! I agreed with digital recruitment. What matter is customer service. Sales + marketing are often the front end, but after sales is what matter the most.

    As a well saying! 80% of your revenues are always coming directly from 20% of your most loyal customers. so both sales, marketing + after sales are equally important!

    The guys who are out there building and maintain relationships through social media in particular. It’s a great tool for providing social proof to future prospects who won’t have their BS detectors up, when they feel they could invest in a “recommendation” from someone they feel that they know and other people trust.

    I have to disagree with the above statement as there are too many parameters to consider. My business is not poorly structured infact I think its well structured. However, time is a premium and really there is now way around it in my line of business no matter the structure in place.

    I would argue that an imperfect, even below average, business structure would not have significant impact on a company’s success as long as the sales/marketing is above average. The “Busoiness Highway” is littered with well-structured businesses that did not know how to market or sell. To me, marketing is everything. As the saying goes “Nothing happens until somebody buys something”.
